My Review:

The hotel is laying not to central and you need taxi or other public transport to get to the city center or to Robinsons mall and so on.

There have come a Metro mall beside the hotel since last time I was here and that is good so you get all you need there. So the need to travel to Robinsons mall or down town is not so big anymore.
The place has been little better since the last time I was staying in Z-pad and that is good.

I can recommend Z-pad for a stay for 2-3 days if you looking for something in the lower price range and it’s not too important if you need to travel little to get anywhere.
If you want everything close so look for a hotel closer to Tacloban city center.

My Review:

Villa Catalina Manor & Beach Resort laying little outside Sogod centrum it’s a 10 min ride with a tricycle so it's not to fare.

There is nothing around the resort so if you stay there so remember to shop some snacks before you get there, if you are not planning a shopping trip later in the day.

The resort looks good on the outside but is old and really need a paint job and some maintenance, plus it had been great if they had made a swimming pool or something on the outside since they have free space for it.
They can also make a road down to the beach on the back of the resort so it had been easier to get to the beach from the resort.

Beside that there is a karaoke place that play music from early morning to late at night so that can be a little annoying at times but beside that it's an ok place to spend 1-2 days if you are in Sogod.
The resort looks abandon and are in much worse shape now then it was the last time I was staying there, and I think this will be the last time I will be in this resort.

Plus (+):

• They have an ok restaurant but it serves some of the food cold so be aware of that.

Minus (-):

• In the middle of nowhere. Need transports to go anywhere interesting.
• There is no water pressure in the shower
• Not many electrical contacts in the room.
• They have very bad TV reception so you cant see anything.
• They have just net connection in the public aria.
• The rooms need a major cleaning, there are big webs hanging from the sealing.
• The AC is making much noise, not easy to sleep whit that thing on.
• There are many small ants in the rooms that can be very annoying.

The rooms have some corny yellow and green colors but beside that its fine.

My Review: 
Go-Hotels are a hotel that offer basic small rooms that usually just have a bed and a small night stand and a bathroom in the room.

But it's ok if you just going to stay there for a short time and since you usually have a Robinsons mall in walking distance from the hotel so can you get all you need there Go-hotels are cheap 3-star hotels that is basic and are perfect for persons that travel on a budget or want something better than a hostel.

The hotel is not too far from MacArthur Landing that is a popular tourist destination when you visit Tacloban beside that its not so much to see around Tacloban you need to travel little outside Tacloban if you want to see something.

We can highly recommend this hotel if you are in Tacloban for a short stay, the hotel staff is very nice and smiling and it's a quiet hotel.

My Review:

The trip from the Airport to the hotel was fine was on time. I was at the hotel quite late since I had a late flight from Alesund to Oslo Norway.

The check in at the hotel was fast and no problems at all, it’s a 4 floor hotel so it's not too big and that is fine since it's easy to find your room.
The restaurant and front desk is in the same place so it's easy to find it's the first you see when you walk in the door.

The room is fine, the standard room have 1 single big bed in it and the room is good size, the room have a big bathroom that is almost the same size as the room in itself. So there is nothing to say about the room.
Here is also some coffee and a water heater if you want to make that so all in all a great room.

I gladly recommend this hotel, it's a nice hotel to stay in. 
Would happily stay here again.

• Shuttle bus is quite expensive, If you take the shuttle bus from the Airport so is it the 2 stop on the route and the bus is 80 NOK  so it's a stiff price for a 10 min bus ride.
  Shuttle bus S-55 heads to the hotel from terminal number 39 every 15 minutes during rush hour, and every 30 minutes at all other times, with the last bus running at 1:05 am from the airport.
